Our Handbike Scrambler was developed with the intention of offering a pedal-assisted Handbike with a non-retrofit central motor. Our previous versions were muscle pedal handbikes that were fitted with now obsolete motorization kits. We wanted to create an E handbike that could also be used on dirt roads, reliable and intuitive, simple to maintain, without unnecessary frills but with everything you need to travel safely. In 2017 we were able to propose the first model with a Polini ep3 central engine, subsequently replaced in 2019 with the new OLI SPORT PLUS, which has the advantage of guaranteeing a higher rotation speed, over 110 rpm, capable of assisting the cyclist on climbs where it is necessary to use a light gear with a high number of pedal strokes.

cushioned with a semi-torsional bridge system, without rolling effect, for a safe ride and a stable ride. Simple and intuitive shock absorbers to adjust, zero degree camber to avoid negative camber and wheel divergence in the event of inclined planes or deep potholes.

adjustable in depth and inclination, possibility of using the anti-decubitus cushion. The not too reclined posture allows perfect visibility and maneuverability even on the most complicated routes where freedom of movement is necessary. Wide leg stirrups, which allow you to wear boots to better protect the foot, adjustable in length and rotation. Seat bottom supported by the low side members of the frame, to avoid the problem of detachment of the welded bottoms, robust, anti-intrusion of branches or stones. Standard in carly, but also available in carbon. The upholstery is in Cordura500, transportable for more thorough washing.

Engine OLI Sport 85Nm with a speed above 110 rpm, made in Italy, in compliance with the highway code. Predisposition for the light system output which can be set from the display to switch on automatically or manually. Intuitive display with Watt/Km consumption indication. Direct assistance with the manufacturer who, in the event of an irreparable fault on site, will send a replacement motor. the non-electronic 11-speed gearbox, reliable, easy and economical to repair and in any case upgradeable aftermarket to the latest model you prefer. Chain and chainring for ebikes. The short (150mm) isis levers help the cyclist pedal at high rotation speeds (for example when going uphill and it is necessary to use agile gears).

the mudguard is designed to protect the rider from stones, mud and dust for a safe and pleasant experience. The display is fixed on the mudguard to have the possibility of mounting other devices such as smartphones or cycle computers in the front area. The light spotlight can be mounted on the carbon mudguard. There is a convenient 50cl bottle compartment between the fork and the mudguard. Everything is at your fingertips.

it is possible to install up to 2 batteries at the front, under the thighs, to better balance the weights and have more traction at the front wheel. The connection system is practical and instant, thanks to XT60 type connectors. At the rear it is possible to mount two more batteries, for a maximum of 4, for infinite autonomy.

The battery selector is fixed in the front area and is easily operated. Last but not least, the electrical wiring is short and reduced to a minimum, hidden behind the engine.

the Wheels with boost hubs and 27.5 diameter are easily available on the market. With the 148mm thru axle you will forget about the problem of the wheel not being aligned since it will be impossible to get it out of its seat. The rim is for tubeless tyres, so you can mount mousse, latex rubber and use the latest anti-puncture systems. To improve traction, you will be able to ride with very low pressures at the front.

The rear thru axle is 15mm in C40 steel, with a deep insert surface and short thread, to facilitate quick and easy assembly.

the disc brakes are hydraulic, 203mm at the front, two 180mm at the rear, operated by a single lever. maintenance of the braking system can be done at home by you or by a trained cyclist. The flip flop type brake levers are reversible right/left. The pipe at the lever comes out semi-frontally to avoid breakage due to twisting of the pipe, no reinforcement systems for the dubo outlet are necessary, everything is more streamlined and simplified as best as possible. The parking brake, both front and rear, is also very simple, thanks to the practical elastomer system.
