The tools needed are an N13 wrench, an N6 Allen key and an N5
using the n. 13 key and the N6 Allen key loosen the retaining bolt
Using the No. 5 Allen key, tighten the adjustment screw as needed to eliminate the play in the steering. Once you've verified that the play has disappeared and the steering is free, proceed to tighten the retaining bolt you loosened previously.
Note: If the noise persists, you may have a damaged front wheel. It's recommended to replace it and have it inspected before using it again.

💡 Analisi Tecnica delle Specifiche
- Trasmissione 12v sotto sforzo: I sistemi a 12 velocità offrono una precisione millimetrica ma utilizzano catene e pignoni dai profili molto sottili. La combinazione tra i watt espressi dal motore elettrico e i 5.000 km annui accelera l’allungamento della catena. Cambiarla tempestivamente protegge la cassetta dai danni.
- Gestione dell’impianto Magura a 3 vie: La pinza anteriore Magura MT5 garantisce la massima potenza frenante dove serve, ma lavora sul baricentro avanzato del mezzo. Lo spurgo periodico con olio minerale originale e il monitoraggio dello spessore dei dischi sono interventi fondamentali per mantenere inalterata la sicurezza.
- Geometria a tre ruote: La ruota anteriore (motrice, sterzante e frenante principale) si consuma a una velocità doppia rispetto al retrotreno. Si consiglia un controllo periodico della convergenza posteriore per evitare attriti anomali che ridurrebbero l’autonomia della batteria.
🔋 Ammortamento e Costi a Lungo Termine
Con 5.000 km all’anno, la batteria del sistema a pedalata assistita completa circa 60-80 cicli di carica annuali. È opportuno prevedere la perdita di efficienza della cella o la sua rigenerazione/sostituzione dopo circa 3-4 anni di utilizzo (pari a circa 15.000 – 20.000 km totali), con un costo straordinario stimato tra i 400 € e i 700 €.
