By installing a speed limiter, an electric bicycle exceeding the 25 km\/h limit becomes equivalent to a moped. As such, if used in public places, it requires approval and registration from the Civil Motorization Department, is subject to road tax and insurance coverage, must have a license plate, cannot ride on cycle paths, and the driver is required to hold a license and wear a helmet. Furthermore, driving a motorized bicycle equivalent to a moped without complying with the aforementioned provisions will result in administrative seizure of the vehicle and fines that vary depending on the violation committed. HandbikeGarage declines all responsibility for any damage caused to pedal-assisted bicycles fitted with any speed-increasing device, as well as for direct or indirect damage to persons or property.

The tools needed are an N13 wrench, an N6 Allen key and an N5<\/p><\/div>\n

using the n. 13 key and the N6 Allen key loosen the retaining bolt<\/p><\/div>\n

Using the No. 5 Allen key, tighten the adjustment screw as needed to eliminate the play in the steering. Once you've verified that the play has disappeared and the steering is free, proceed to tighten the retaining bolt you loosened previously.<\/p><\/div>\n

Note: If the noise persists, you may have a damaged front wheel. It's recommended to replace it and have it inspected before using it again.<\/p>\n
